I'm Natalie Manasseh

What brings me joy is witnessing the quiet turning points when someone finds words for what they have carried, breathes a little easier, or reconnects with a sense of possibility. That is why I do this work.

I’m a counsellor with more than 25 years of practice. I blend my social work background with a warm, practical style. My sessions are tailored and draw on EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, ACT, solution focused strategies, and hypnotherapy. My focus is on trauma recovery and emotional wellbeing, with the belief that people can grow and live with greater ease given the right support.
